Easy Omelet bake

Depending on how many you are going to feed you can adjust the recipe

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease a baking pan (cake pan)

Ingrediants: 6 eggs, mixed with 1 cup shredded cheese, 2 tbls. milk, salt and pepper
saute the vegetables you are going to use (I added mushrooms, green peppers, and onions)
cook the meat you want in it, if any

With the vegetables and meat, drain before adding to egss. Also you can add how much meat and veggies you want in the omelot, just make sure that when you pour it into the pan, the eggs cover most of the other ingrediants.

Add the sauted vegetables and meat to the egg mixture. Stir well. Back for 20 minutes or the egg is cooked, when it is ready sprinkle with more shredded cheese allow to melt and serve.
