Salt and pepper one side of the steak, flip it over, season with garlic salt and minced onions. Put the meat in a ziplock bag. Pour in worshire sauce and soy sauce over the steak, enough that when you flip the bag over that the sauce and seasonings mix to flavor all the meat.
My friend says that she adds a little 7up or sprite to it as well.
